All content provided by TrackPath, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by or licensed to TrackPath, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

7. Disputes

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
