Follow these steps to add a supervisor user to TrackPath. First, make sure you’re logged in to TrackPath.
Supervisor is already an associate
If the supervisor is already an associate in TrackPath, follow these steps. If not, skip to next section.
Select Associates from the navigation menu on the left hand side. Then select the associate that you would like to add as a supervisor.
Click Edit to edit the associate.
Select the checkbox that says This associate is a supervisor and then click Save.
Next, you will need to invite the supervisor to TrackPath. Navigate to the Users page in the navigation menu, and select the supervisor that you just added.
The last step is to send them an invitation email to join TrackPath. To do that, find the Account status section and select Send invitation email.
Supervisor is not an associate
If the supervisor is NOT an associate in TrackPath yet, follow these steps. If not, scroll to the top of the page.
Select Users from the navigation menu on the left, and then click Add user at the top right of the page.
Enter the user’s basic information such as first name, last name, employee ID, email, and phone number. In the Access level section, make sure to select Level 1 (Supervisor). Supervisors also exist as associates in TrackPath, so you’ll have to fill out some associatate information, such as: Account, Cost center, Address, and Employment details. When you’re done, click Save.
The last step is to send them an invitation email to join TrackPath. To do that, find the Account status section and select Send invitation email.
The supervisor will receive an invitation to join TrackPath, and they will have access to associates that belong to the Cost Center that was specified when creating the supervisor account.
