How to edit account settings

Follow these steps to add a edit account settings to TrackPath. First, make sure you’re logged in to TrackPath.

Select Accounts from the navigation menu on the left hand side of the page. Then select the account you’d like to edit. Screen Shot 2023-02-02 at 12 24 43 PM

From the edit account screen, you’ll be able to modify the following information:

  • Account details, such as name, ID, and address
  • The occurrences that your account uses, plus how many points each occurrence is worth
  • Attendance counseling limits
  • No Call, No Show counseling limits
  • Introductory period

Once you’ve made the changes that you need, click the Save button to confirm your changes. Screen Shot 2023-02-02 at 12 29 22 PM
