If your TrackPath account has been locked due to unpaid invoices, follow these steps to unlock it:

Step 1: Get your unpaid invoices

First, you’ll need to retrieve all unpaid invoices from your TrackPath account:

  1. Log into TrackPath and go to your account page under the Accounts menu item on the left navigation bar.
  2. Once you’re on your account page, click the “Manage Subscription” button:
  3. Now you’ll see a summary of your subscription information, click the “Manage billing details and invoices” button:
  4. The billing management portal will open and you can scroll to the bottom to view a full history of invoices and receipts.

If you need clarification on which invoices haven’t been paid, you can contact support at [email protected].

Step 2: Email the invoices to your billing department

Once you have downloaded all unpaid invoices:

  1. Email ALL unpaid invoices to the company or organization that processes direct billing for your TrackPath subscription.
  2. VERY IMPORTANT: You must CC [email protected] on this email.
  3. Include a brief message explaining that your TrackPath account is locked and you need these invoices processed for payment.

Step 3: Account will be unlocked

Once we receive the email with the unpaid invoices (and confirm you’ve CC’d us), we will unlock your TrackPath account.
