Your account, and all staff, may have breaks throughout the year where no one is working. When this happens, you don’t want to have counselings issued that expire during those breaks. Well, we’ve got you covered, follow the instructions below to set upcoming breaks so that TrackPath will schedule counseling due dates around the breaks.
Log in to your TrackPath account and select the Accounts tab on the left hand side of the page, then select your account.
Hit the Edit button on the top right and scroll to the bottom of the page, the section labelled “Counseling breaks”.
Enter any upcoming breaks that you have, and when an attendance or work rule violation occurres that triggers counseling TrackPath will automatically schedule around it.
